Many religious organizations, especially the larger ones, have 800 lines for people to contact them more easily. Some phone companies charge as much as 28 cents per minute to the organization for this service. It adds up! Each time you call one of the numbers below, that group loses money to the phone company. It costs you nothing except a minute (or 10) of your time. Some seem to think this is exactly what god wants you to do. However, many 800 systems allow the host to block specific phone numbers from calling so don't let on why you are making the call or you may get only one chance.
